Old Ironsides Fakes PayPal? ( self )

Hello. I have recently submitted all of my info into OIF’s website. Unfortunately that does not include payment because I am unable to find their Pay Pal. Before I am able to enter a “Transaction ID” to complete my order I need to pay them via PayPal. And what should I say the money is for? Thanks!
