Dove IDs CT still not here ( self )

Ordered a fairly large order of CT IDs over a month ago from Dove and still not here......an order I placed 3 days later showed up after 2 weeks. I currently have 2 orders of CT IDs outstanding and they still just show "Payment Received" on the site even though the order placed between them says "Shipped" and has been delivered. I can't keep stalling my customers anymore so where are my IDs?? I haven't heard from Dove in a while via email or PM and no messages seem to resolve anything other than "these are made different" or "sorry i thought we sent those out".

Please email again so we can get this figured out, include order number and email with the account.

We are just annoyed as you this order has not arrived yet, we fucked up by trying to drop new states and getting a new automation system at the same time, working out all the kinks as been harder and taken longer than we would have liked. But once we get everything 100% we will be able to maintain our 1 week turnaround time with the increasing volume we handle. We are very sorry for the delay, be honest with your customers the blame is entirely on us. Tell them that the people you get the IDs from fucked up on the order and are sending it.
