We are just annoyed as you this order has not arrived yet, we fucked up by trying to drop new states and getting a new automation system at the same time, working out all the kinks as been harder and taken longer than we would have liked. But once we get everything 100% we will be able to maintain our 1 week turnaround time with the increasing volume we handle. We are very sorry for the delay, be honest with your customers the blame is entirely on us. Tell them that the people you get the IDs from fucked up on the order and are sending it.
