So a little background on my experience with Evolved. This isn't just a "Hey me and my buds ordered and this is what we think" type of post. I have been doing business through Evolved since around April/May of this year. I have ordered probably around 550+ ids, putting orders in at a weekly/bi-weekly rate. I have maintained a reseller status since May, and have consistently ordered through Evolved only.
Now I don't want to be a kiss ass and give some fake review. Everyone knows no matter who you go through there are pros and cons. There are ups and downs. I think you guys as customers and Evolved as a company would prefer the truth then a kiss ass post. Because when it comes down to it you learn from the mistakes, you improve by failure, and your expectations aren't sky high leaving you with disappointments.
Ill cover a few topics:
IDs:
I've ordered many many many Ohio ids. They are the old IDs, not the new, but theyre are pretty spot on. Going to a strict college town, I've never had an issue with the IDs. Most people don't. Every ONCE in a while Ill hear from someone that they got told to go 18 or were let in without a wristband. But for the most part they work very well. Scan, swipe, everything. Use them at gas stations without question. Bars work 99% of the time.
Connecticut: Ordered quite a few of these. They're pretty much my go-to for most people. Very high quality, all the same as the Ohio ones. Works beautifully, even better than the Ohio ones for most people
Illinois: Again, pretty spot on. I personally think the ID is ugly (not Evolveds fault, just whoever decided to make Illinois real ID).
Penn: I am so excited for the new Penns. I plan on getting one soon to test out. The old Penns work beautifully with little to no issue.
Moving on:
Pictures: Some people have provided me with pretty shitty pictures but evolved always pulls some magic. I only had 2 IDs where the picture was stretched. So 2/550 is a pretty good ratio.
Sig: The signatures I get on the IDs back from Evolved are somewhat inconsistent depending on the batch. Some are real thin, some are real bold. About 80% are consistent though. They almost always turn out looking good. I've only had one small batch where the sigs didnt turn out that great but they haven't complained about using their IDs, they just brought me more friends to buy. I BELIEVE this is again human error on my side with sig submissions being too long, but not sure.
Reseller Status/Fees:
Evolved has always offered VERY competitive prices. Never had an issue with the $35. I see other people started lowering reseller prices to match. For the quality, speed, etc. you get from these, they're worth far more than $35.
Shipping:
Now this is my iffy spot. For the first 4ish months reselling through Evolved its been beautiful. Orders were coming in literally within a week of placing. I started seeing some hiccups the past few months, but now that the "main boss" (I believe, who knows) is back, I think everything will be back to normal. Super fast, domestic, and cheap. They recently raised their shipping prices which I am not a fan of, but hopefully this means faster shipments.
Now Cons I've had with Evolved:

Tracking shipments. I really wish they would add tracking numbers it makes our life SOOO much easier. I see other vendors are starting to do this. This would be a major pro if added.

Delayed orders: So obviously from Evolved's post yesterday there was an incident. On our end we had no idea what was going on. Orders weren't showing up, site wasn't working properly, everyone was left in the dust confused. CS wasn't doing a great job without him. A simple update from CS would have been appreciated. Now this was a VERY rare instance, and I don't see this being a future problem again.
- 1 missing order: Now Evolved made up for this. It was accidentally marked shipped without them shipping. He personally went back to contact me and fix the issue. To me as a large buyer, this is great business. I was worried for a while but now that he personally talked to me, I am fully confident in Evolved again. This was the only issue I've ever had in the past with them. Now that Evolved personally responded hope has been restored. This was a very rare case but just know theyre not here to exit scam or scam you over such small orders like 10-15 IDs. To them, thats just another order. Theyre in it for the long run.
Now thats my honest review over the time I've "worked" with them. Yes there were hiccups, but in the end he'll make up for it. These are extremely rare cases. It happened once out of probably 55+ orders. Any questions please leave below.
Final remark:
- Many other vendors have contacted me to start shifting my business towards them. There is a reason I've stuck with Evolved dispite my recent issue. Keep that in mind.
