OIS website not accepting certain pictures ( self )

The OIS website wont accept some of the pictures i'm trying to use. i click"select picture" and then open and the circle spins but the picture doesnt load. any suggestions?

Either to slow or a connection or the picture is to big in size

i save them as a smaller file size and it still doesnt work :/ anything else?
