Placed my order almost a month ago, still waiting for it to be shipped. Does it usually take this long? Tried submitting a ticket but the website just crashes and doesn't go through.

Actually ridiculous, I ordered mine about a month ago and they keep telling me it has been shipped, but won't give me a tracking number. They claim my batch has been shipped out but where's the proof? Respectfully, I'm getting impatient IDKing...
