I know there is one on https://ukfake.id/
It is a legit source but I have only ordered a DL which is good but had some flaws. Also, I don't wanna be responsible if the guy stops making them or gets caught and your order didn't arrive. etc The shipping time takes ages you'll have to wait like 2-3 months. Also, some clubs and pubs do not accept UK citizen cards because it is easy to be faked, so be wary of that.
