The wording where it says "En route to USA should ship by Monday/Tuesday 10/14-10/15" , does that mean we should expect it in our mail Monday or Tuesday or that it is past customs and in the hands of USPS?

It means it passed customs to our reshippers our guys will repackage it and ship it to you. So should ship from USA 10/14 or 10/15

Hi,

I just received my order a few minutes ago (ID 59120-95893)

As soon as I opened the package I noticed a big defect on one card, see picture; https://i.postimg.cc/dVXgcBWm/IMG-1710.jpg

First card is missing a digit in birth year, bold letters bottom right. The second card is without defects.

Is there any way I could get a replacement, as the first card is unusable out of the package?

hi. I see at the top that we should let you know if we've been stuck on payment received for 1+ week, its been 5 weeks.. the order number is: 748057-91855 and we did not find it in any of the batches that were posted.

for batch 220 are they en route to USA or are they are being shipped from USA?

We ship all our orders in bulk to the USA. We don't directly ship each individual order from China. We ship them to USA, repackage then ship to you so you don't have to deal with customs.

It adds like 2-3 days but it's safer for you and us.

Oh wait, batch 220 will not ship from USA. It is rush order, it will ship direct from china express 1-2 day delivery.

If you're in batch 220 you already shipped. We are just waiting on the tracking numbers from our shipping agent. If scanned in on time in China you will have it by 14/15 if not maybe 15/16.

Ignore previous response, that's for non-rush orders.
