Ship Update
Just updated some reprint orders and PVC orders to shipped so go check your account pages to see if they updated. Teslin orders that are on payment received will be getting updated in the next few days.
PM Replies
Sorry if I've missed your PMs. The system is a bit unorganized and i just noticed some people haven't been replied to in a week or so. If i ever miss your PM just send me a new pm as a reminder. This means to go to my profile page and send a new one, don't reply to the same chain of pms if its been over a couple weeks because it doesn't bring your new reply to the top like it should. Till the PM system is upgraded some more, this will unfortunately continue to happen every now and then.
Email Confirmations
Email confirmations will be added by the end of this upcoming week. You will receive emails when your order is received, confirmed as paid, downloaded/RTPcompleted, and shipped.
You'll also received notifications messages to your email if there is something wrong with your order that needs to be fixed. We will also be sending out a newsletter every so often with promo codes for those that are enrolled in our reseller program and for those that have ordered with us before as a thank you for choosing to bring your business to us!

NOTE
NC will be available again within the next day or so. Older ME orders will be getting updated later this week as well. One of our offices was hit with inclement weather and knocked out power and blew out a couple of our monitors. We will be catching back up on ME this week!
