Don Jon fakes: no communication? ( self )

I ordered from Don Jon a month ago, contacted them 2 weeks ago, nothing. Has anyone heard from them?

Nope, the most recent contact I got from them was also a month ago when I made a post asking if they're still up and running. I've made several other posts and sent a couple of DM's and got no response. I tried their ticket system, but none of my tickets got replied too. However, after three weeks of "payment received" my order just got moved to In Progress. Which is sort a problem on my end casue theres something on my ID I really need to change.

Edit: tbh i started losing hope and though I got scammed, but once my order status changed to In Progress I have faith again LOL. Ill keep you updated.

Thank you! I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago. Mine says "in progress" too. Hope the vendor is ok. Seemed like a promising domestic vendor...I can't deal with the stress of having it seized by customs.
