secret weakness of fakes?? ( self )

this has been bothering me for a while. so about a year ago i had my DE id from idg0d sitting on my desk and accidentally got coconut oil on the back of the id, and it ended up smearing the barcode on the back right off. i got out my real nPA ID to see if the same thing would happen and coconut oil did nothing to it.

i actually managed to use my ID for about a month before someone looked at the back and snapped it but i was wondering: are all fakes susceptible to getting the back smeared off from oil? or would that only apply to certain states?

Yeah I agree with everyone else especially because you said it was on a DE ID, the way everyone else is making those, it has laminates and nothing is actually printed on the top gloss lam of oDE, so if literally just oil removed ink, that ink was on the top lam.

He might be using a Flatbed printer to directly print on the laminate on the outside depending on the type of material he is using.

That would only be an issue with someone printing on the laminate, most vendors print everything on the teslin paper then laminate so that wouldnt happen.
