Since a bunch of people are wondering, here's an update about this issue:
The NA status means Not Applicable. It should only show for IDs that are not included in your order.
We have 3 offices:
If you only ordered PVC IDs then Teslin 1 & 2 should show NA. If you ordered Teslin 1 and PVC states, then Teslin 2 would show as NA etc etc.
In order to see which states come from each office, hover your mouse over the header on your account page where it says PVC, Teslin 1 & Teslin 2
There is currently a bug on the site that's causing all statuses to change to NA for whatever reason. I will be getting it fixed as soon as our dev gets back online. If your order went from shipped to NA, its still shipped so don't lose sleep over it.
Your correct order status will display once our dev fixes this issue
One other thing I'd like to add, please don't ask daily when I'm updating your order to shipped or things that are in our FAQ. Our average turnaround is on the product page for each state. I informed our customers that we had a 1 week delay this week for Teslin 1 states because of the Chinese Holiday. All teslin 1 states resume production after 10/7.
Go thru the FAQ before you ask me questions. I will always try to answer people but if i see questions that i know are in the FAQ I'm just going to link you to it.
Western Union is Back
Just reopened our WU orders. If your WU transfer isn't getting picked up after a few weeks then refund your transfer and try another payment method. Zelle is our easiest payment option while MoneyGram is another alternative to WU. Please allow 2-3 days for Zelle & MG transfers to get picked up once we receive your info.
