I'm in PA and I'm looking to buy 30+ IDs. So far everybody has wanted Delaware or New Jersey with two Rhode Islands. Any recommendations for vendors with the best combination of quality and price?

I second evolve quality, I’ve tried a bunch of top vendors on the VVL and his quality is the best overall. Sometimes a little more expensive but he is actually responsive and a good customer service system. Takes around 3-4 weeks in my experience but they’re worth it
