FYD ISSUE ( self )

I placed 2 orders with FYD. The status both say "Bad Photo Contact Support" so I did that for both orders. I even attached Imgur links to the tickets for the people. I even took new head shots, and reduced the size as their CS told me to do so and re uploaded on the site. Then the status changed back to "Payment received". Also, the support told me that they sent to the photo shopper but if they did why does my status keep changing to "bad photo contact support" every time I reach out to support and re uploaded on the site? I dont know if it is the head shot that is corrupt or the signature. But the site doesnt specific. So FYD can you please tell me what I need to do? I feel like ive tried everything and nothing is happening. ticket number: 28314 & 27124

Go to your order on your "orders" tab. It will tell you what pic is corrupt/bad and it will allow you to upload a new one.

it didnt tell me what picture was bad. But can you check it now? It changed back to "payment received" this is like the 5th time
