ID King Scam? ( self )

I ordered an ID and got a message from ID King saying I had a bad photo and to contact support. It has been two weeks of me emailing them and I've tried DMing them on here the past few days but still no response. Is IDKING legit or is it a scam?

Ordered on the 14th, been on RTPcompleted for 2 weeks now, going on to 3 almost, and I have yet to get any updates on the status or whereabouts of my package. Still waiting on it tho, hopefully it comes in a week or two before I go out of town.

CNY has been going on the last 2 weeks. They wont get shipped out till after 2/1 thats most likely why its been stuck on RTPcompleted.
