[Review] Budget nGA ( self )

Intro: Got this nGA from BudgetFakes's giveaway and I thought I'd make a review.

Communication: 10/10 - No issues. Messaged over email.

Cost: 10/10 - I received this for free since it was from a giveaway. I don't see it available to purchase on Budget's website for whatever reason so I'm not sure what he would charge for it.

Shipping: 10/10 - Chose the free shipping option, arrived in 18 days via Canada Post. Most creative stealth I've ever seen.

Signature: 9.5/10 - Maybe a little bit thin but it's one of the sexier raised signatures I've seen. Very smooth and nice feeling.

Template: 8/10 - It's hard to give this one a score because the template itself is decent but I'm pretty sure the mistakes were caused by an automated system. To start the address isn't the one I sent in. Kansas, GA does seem to be a real place but Anglewood Dr isn't a real street there and the zip code leads to Kansas City. The last 4 of the zip code are 0000 but this was my fault when I filled out the order form. I expected it to generate it if it was needed and I was incorrect. Besides this, the backgorund of the template doesn't appear sharp enough, it's kind of fuzzy and missing a good amount of details in the "State of Georgia USA" text and the microprint on the peach leaves. The colors are somewhat oversaturated in a few places on the front.

Photoshop: 8/10 - No shadows at all, I'm not sure if they should actually be there though. Both pictures should be zoomed in more.

Holo/OVI: 10/10 - The tactile pattern on the front is very nice and the microprint within it looks pretty good. The OVI on the back seems nice but I'm not sure whether it's the right colors.

UV: 8.5/10 - The UV pattern on nGA should be 2 colors. I am using a 365nm light and it is difficult to discern the two. Besides that, it's aligned very well and the text on the back is very sharp. For whatever reason, the edges of the card are very reactive to UV light compared to other IDs (see last pic).

Look and feel: 8/10 - The card itself feels great at first, thick and rigid. The raised text is honestly really great as is the engraved Georgia text and stars on the front. The lens is decent for a fake one but it doesn't feel quite right. The material, however, is very odd. Like I mentioned before, it reflects more UV on the edges than any other ID I've seen. The card also doesn't make the nice polycarbonate sound when dropped.

Scanning: 9/10 - It does scan on BCS but if a scanner was to check the address it wouldn't pass lol

Conclusion: If it wasn't for the address thing, this would be a nice ID... the 0000 really gives it away but this is my mistake. For one of Budget's first non-teslin states with raised text and engraving, it's pretty impressive.

You could of had respect and let us know about the address issue and I would of had it fixed and resent. 100% the address is on us , no idea how that fuck up happened as its not what u put in, But the 0000 is on u when u leave it blank the software makes it 0000 by default., not sure how u can call us on that when u left it out of your order form,

The UV China fucked this card batch up it seems.Seems so , i have to yell at them for it. Thanks for letting me know.

I take this serious so yesterday I went to look at everything u said, I even got a buncg of vendors I sell these to in GA to post side by sides with real ones.

  1. the address thing was a fuck up and as i said u should of let me know and i would overnighted a new one to u except the 0000 that was your fault for not putting those in your form.

  2. UV , yes uv is 2 colours and ours is 2 colours , its your light . I tested our cards with 6 lights and real ones show it, the cheap amazon pens do not. I have a video of it if u would like to see .

  3. Missing a bunch of details , i had reals and ours side by side and other then the middle top being a bit to light none of us could find these missing details u said are there. Can u please take a pic of it beside oyur real and let me know which details are missiing.

  4. colours are sach , again after looking at reals only the peach is like that and every vendor has that issue its how the printers print it , its perfect in the temp so cant fix that for now till a better printer comes along or we find a different way to print it.

I thank u for your review im going to have china look into changing the yellow ink to somethign that the cheaper uv lights can pick up. Im also going to darken the middle upper part.

Thx for your responses it's obvious you spent a lot of time working on this.

  1. I guess that was on me. I quickly looked up the ID before I ordered and didn't see the extra 4 on it so I didn't put it in the form. Maybe add a reminder on the order form?

  2. Looking again the yellow part appears slightly lighter so I believe you. I thought I had a decent light though it's a very bright 365nm one, like $30.

  3. I could be wrong here and I don't have a real, but I found good res sample pics to compare to. What I noticed the most was that on the front the wavy "State of Georgia USA" text in the background doesn't look as clear and the microprint on the peach leaves is barely visible. On the back, I can see very few of the tiny circles that make up the image and the text on the state seal is fuzzy. This may have been that the sample pics are wrong or there was a printer issue with my batch though.

  4. I understand color matching is hard, I was just pointing out that it looked pretty bright.

I havent paid much attention to the back so ill go check on that stuff u said.

Also keep in mind that scans are a close up of an id and a real id is notgoing to look like a blown up scan.
