I heard all of his IDs dont swipe not just my batch. Can i encode them or are they jusy printed to look like it?

Most fake IDs will only scan, not swipe. There are a few exceptions but those vendors explicitly advertise their IDs to swipe. I know evolved advertises it.
I've never seen anyone mention encoding IDgod's fakes so if you have an encoder laying around you can help answer that question. I would guess they don't have one though as that's a lot more complicated than just printing it on a normal piece of PVC/Teslin/Etc.
