I know i know, ive been gone for a weee bit. Been struggling to get tracking through our service we use to get labels. Just got a couple batches worth of tracking numbers today so a lot of teslin orders that have been sitting on "in progress" for weeks will be getting updated probably by the end of this weekend.

I just answered about 60 tickets that were tagged for me as thorough as i could so there's minimal questions. if your ticket was tagged for me then its been responded to.

I didnt wanna just come on here and post that i was waiting on tracking cause some people dont understand how long it can take for the amount of packs we ship out. So i just wanted to wait till i had it. We just downloaded a huge batch this week for teslin that should be getting to our reshippers late next week. So should be in your hands in about 2 weeks from now id imagine.

ME orders were sent out from reshipper early this week so those should start coming in if you haven't received ME orders yet.

All teslin should be back to 3-4 week turnaround once this next batch comes in next week. ME is be back to 2 week turnaround now if youre looking for a faster teslin ID.

New States/Improving turnaround/Site Updates

We are working on adding nIL and nCT really soon. I know ive been saying this for months now but the site glitch and other site updates pushed it back. I try to roll out everything as perfect as possible, when i dont things go wrong. So please be patient with me. When they are added we are ready to produce any amount of them. nIL, nCT and WA will all have 2 week turnaround as well once nIL & nCT is added.

We are also working on nNC, nNY, TX, UT, nMS, MO, & AL. I would expect a few months to have all these new states added just so we can perfect them as much as we can before rolling them out :)

Hello, I ordered on monday night and submitted my payment on wednesday for 8 fakes, my order says shipped teslin(1): payment received. does this mean that the full order has been shipped or has the payment has been received

Teslin is just the type of material the ID is made out of. We have our tunraround times listed for each state on the product page. ALl states that say 1-2 weeks are your best bet to get for your time frame. Anything that says 2-3 weeks is at about 4-5 week turnaround atm but we're getting caught up this week

The rest of your order will update to shipped in about a week. Teslin IDs take longer for us to make rn but we'll soon be producing more of them domestic till we can speed up the overseas production.

I repushed your whole order to our teslin producers on 2/19. You will receive an extra copy of what you got plus the rest of the IDs you're owed.

Missed yours and a few other orders back when we were repushing all orders that were effected by the glitch.

about a week. All ID turnaround times are listed on the product page for everyone to see. PVC states such as VT usually arrive within a 1-1.5 weeks after paying.

Hey I ordered about a month ago with a mix of teslin and pvc. Received all of the pvc however I also received an old pa id + duplicate which was not ordered. It should have been a new pa + duplicate which is what was paid for. I understand that the teslin take longer to receive.. I’m just wondering what happened there & if the new pa id is still being made on top of that mistake. Order #4629 btw

Your order should update by early next week. Big batch of teslin arrives to reshipper this week.

Theres still 2 nPAs in progress. Im not sure either how that happened. But you should still be receiving your two nPA's. You just got an extra ID for that person i guess

Hi there, CS reps for this site have been unable to give me straight answers to questions I have so could you please tell me if I will ever receive the missing teslin ID’s for order #3997 I had placed on January 1st... I get that site has glitched and there were missing order issues but i cant get any sort of clarification on the status of my order.

You provided me a shipping label which shows that my order shipped from LA (Feb 2nd) to Seattle (Feb 5th) and the last update which is from FEB 9th says "In Transit to Next Facility. Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility."

20 days later the package is still on the other side of the country and no updates. Im just confused on why it's sitting there/what is going on. Any update would be appreciated.

First of all you shouldnt be posting comments with all that information about shipping. thats what tickets and pms are for.

I answered your ticket with the tracking number. You need to contact USPS and see whats going on because we did our part.
