Order with Evolved ( self )

I am about to place an order for a little over 10 IDs with evolved. The majority of them will be nPA and a few will be OH. I used OIS in the past but had a few issues and I have heard nothing but good things about evolved plus you can't beat the reseller prices. Is there anything that I should know before placing my order?

Also wondering if the issue date needs to be after March of 2019. I know that's when the REAL-ID has been issued but I cannot find anything on the new template before that.

Every VVL vendors is an experienced vendors. You don't need to know anything, just prepare Bitcoin or money. They will do all the other jobs well.
