FYD change shipping address??? ( self )

Hello I ordered FYD ID's on the 24th to my home address with rush production thinking they would be here by the 12th before I leave back to school. However the order is still "In Progress" and everytime I ask CS about an eta they just something like "Soon". I was just wondering if anyone changed their FYD shipping before or think FYD would let me change it because it hasn't even shipped yet.

Hey man, I ordered a few days shy of a month ago with rush order and 3 day shipping, and it's been in processing for almost a month now too. Pretty ridiculous at this point, considering I paid almost 200 dollars for an 80 dollar ID just to guarantee it would get here quickly. Have also hit up CS multiple times and got hit with a "yea should be out soon."
