FYD in preshipment for over a month. ( self )

Really don’t wanna have to come out here and post this but i’m getting really stressed over this. Have had a FYD order in preshipment since october 15th. Support has been zero help, been going back and fourth with them for the past two weeks and they keep giving me bullshit dates then constantly pushing it back even further. A kid posted on here about having an id in preshipment for 4 days and you hooked them up with 2 free ids. I’m a reseller who’s placed over 100 orders with you guys and i’ve received nothing but lies about when this is gonna go out. PLEASE LMK WHATS UP, you guys have always came through in the past and i’ve never had this much trouble. I understand shit happens and there are delays but this is a resell order that’s taken 2.5 months so far and i’m completely in the blue here. #275828-38225

I had pre-shipment for a long time as well. Eventually it got marked back to In progress (currently on RTPCompleted). I think they're reprinting it.

This was after a support ticket and providing order # and tracking #.
