How do i put a magstrip on a teslin ID? do i have to print the back strip with heavy magnetic ink? or?

I have never made a fake that requires a magnetic stripe but I assume that the vendors that make these fakes use magnetic laminate pouches. such as these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/112543862723.
