OLD IRONSIDE SCANNING AS FAKE ( self )

I've had too many IDs, from half the VVL, and I'm talking about the OG reddit VVL. So 3 months ago, when I ordered from OIS after reading reviews and such. I was looking forward to it. It came so fast and was so beautiful, she worked like a charm all over NYC. Right up until she started scanning as FAKE. I emailed them, you know, shit happens. They asked for proof, I sent pictures of what comes up on the scan as well as pictures of the barcode.....and then never heard back. I had to use a back up IDVIKING from years ago- which was taken 3 hours later. So if you're shopping around consider this an FYI.

Were you emailing their new email address? Also have you tried emailing again? The OIS NY had some problems scanning before but they fixed it. I have one myself and the problem was fixed within a week or so and mine scans now.

I've emailed them back and forth, then twice when they didn't reply and I sent a message on the website. It's a Georgia ID, I'm not sure it's something they can fix remotely.

Well the problems they were having with NY and CA were fixed remotely. I have both and they didn’t scan for a few days then OIS posted the problem was fixed and they started scanning again.
