Worse case scenario if ids are seized by customs? ( self )

Hello,

I am about to place an order with OIS, I know they ship from abroad so what happens if IDs are confiscated at customs? In terms of trouble? I know seal 6 wont come knocking down but like curious if they just send that form and thats it ir is there more to it as in investigations etc?

Located in MA, using a different mailing address and name than the ones on ids. Will be ids for 2 ppl, so total 4.

You will get a love letter, aka a seizure letter, but that is very unlikely, I've order many goods from china never sized, after all ID's are just plastic.

The probability of Customs seizure is about 1%. If your ID is found by the Customs, there are three possible actions the Customs may take.

  1. Take the ID and send the rest to you.
  2. Punch a hole on the ID with a puncher to invalidate the ID, and the package will still be sent to you.
  3. Forfeiture of parcels. When you call to inquire, they will tell you that the parcels have been confiscated.

Google "ohare fake IDs", should be like 8 years old by now, that is what I always say is the worst case, so def not a troll to say what you said lol
