What does "(OLD) OH" mean? I dont know what the old means. Also what is a good issue date

Old OH is red.. the newer one is blue. If youre ordering OH we're the one to go thru :)

Not at all! The current OH in use will be allowable until they expire. Any OH fake with the current template, will have to have a birthday before July 2, 2018.

State ID cards (non-driving licenses) are green. The most current driving licenses are the blue ones last updated 1/1/15.

Newest ones are green and blue with a B&W id photo. Not sure of the material tho

Youd want to get the blue one since its the newer ID and would would make more sense with the issue date being more recent.

White background is fine. We crop and edit all pics. just be sure theres no shadows on your face.

the old pnkish one is to old now and isn't worth you getting. Go with the blue one many dealers make them.
