Still haven’t heard back please respond. The people I ordered the ids for are asking for a refund but I’d much rather just give them the reprints.

You emailed them, you reached them. They are focusing on producing product and handling any rare issues that come up. Take it easy and give them time. Posting here about something like this benefits no one.

Thanks for the advice I wasn’t sure what to do. I saw them post a response a while ago that said wait four days for them to respond then to post on here so I just took that advice but now I know.
