Lost identification ( self )

I placed my order about 19 days ago supposedly there’s a 14 day turn around time and if you don’t get your Id in 14 days they give you a tracking code but I messaged their cs over a day ago now almost 2 days and no response can I please get an active cs In lost to pm me about everything I need to know

Sometimes if business is slow lost takes a while to ship stuff, its just because of how his shipping method works, its not efficient for him to only send one order at a time. You'll get your ID.
