FYD WA enhanced not scanning right at a gas station ( self )

I went to a gas station on the 1st of January which is when the new tobacco law went into effect so I went to a place I don't go usually, and they asked for my ID I gave them my FYD WA one and they scanned it a few times getting confused looks, then just let it slide and I asked if it was messing up and they said yes, but I am wondering if it was the ID that was at fault not the machine. This was a Chevron Chain gas station.

Same issues here, actually had it taken because of it. Guess YMMV with them right now. Also had issues with the template being crooked when printed, so not sure what’s going on with FYD compared to their normal excellent standards

Yeah, I feel that man, No idea what's going on, good thing I don't need to use it that much.

Scanners could have been updated, try using your app on your phone to scan the ID to make sure it works.

I scanned it with an app on my phone before I went in and it showed up accurately, any specific app I should try?

FYD been having scanning issues for months. Idk what they’re doing different but it’s effecting it
