OIS order still on hold after paying for expedited shipping ( self )

Posted 4 days ago about on-hold order and PMed OIS the order number and nothing has been done about it still. Kind of upset since I’ve seen OIS post other comments and get back to people with their order status. I haven’t had any responses to my emails either. Really don’t want to get scammed since I’ve ordered from OIS before and always recommended them to friends.

Same bro, not with the orders but I've messaged them on email and in forum, haven't had a reply from both.

I had the same issue and about 7 days in it suddenly changed to shipped.. so maybe thats gonna happen to urs?

we paid for expedited shipping and should have been getting our IDs soon, instead we haven’t even had a response as to why our orders on hold when we paid with BTC
