Have any of you been having an issue with ordering and not seeing the portrait pictures in your cart? If so can you comment the browser you are using and the size of the pictures that aren't showing in your cart?
Me and my dev are trying to pinpoint the issue but its been tough to replicate. My guess is that its letting pictures over 3 MB submit but then it doesn't submit completely to the cart page causing the pics not to show for that persons ID in the cart.
If you have pictures that don't show in your cart for certain IDs please don't pay for that order. If you do pay you will be missing some IDs when they arrive since the pic never came through to us. Not to worry, because when you submit a ticket with the issue I will be able to see what people were missed and get them done for you. it just might delay some peoples ids.
Just make sure your pictures are under 3 MB in size and the glitch shouldn't effect your order. Once fixed our site will alert you that the pictures you submitted are too large like it used to.
Once i figure out this bug, we will be having a nice surprise so stay tuned! :)
