send a message to their CS for sure, should not be 0000 as the DMV would know the 9 digit postal code associated with the address!

Thank you for the reply! I've tried contacting their CS multiple times, but to no avail.

As for real IDs, the dmv doesn’t always put the the extension. It depends on what documents you provide them with your address on it. However, if your actual ID has -0000 on it, then that would be a problem.
