So I’m a reseller I had a small group order nCT (not saying the vendor because his ids are always fire) they ordered over a month ago and just now hit me up saying their ids got taken away and they were laughed at we want our money back. Wtf do I even say to them I really want to tell them to fuck off

Part of buying Fake IDs means accepting risk much like in the legal sense of "Acceptance of Risk" as an affirmative defense when your buyers purchase the ID they are accepting a certain level of risk that may include:
-Getting fined for use of the fake
-Being briefly arrested for use of the fake
-Having the fake pocketed and having to use the duplicate
No one on the VVL is claiming to sell something where you are guaranteed to skirt these risks and the risks are well known to a reasonable person (Your buyers hopefully). Unless you told them something along the lines of "These won't get taken unless the bar has a box scanner", you absolutely should not give them a refund.
The only situation where I have ever "made up it up to a customer" was back when I was getting people old IL and the UV was on the wrong side of the pre card (whoops) so they got new ones for no cost, but not a refund. Likewise, if a similar issue were to arise while I'm reselling, it would be getting a reprint made up instead of going out of pocket. Going out of pocket is almost never going to be worth it for you because unlike in traditional customer service, these guys won't tell anyone about it.
In short, tell them they have a duplicate for a reason and that they would need a manufacturer defect on the ID for that type of remedy.

Hey HDE, I say "These won't get taken unless the bar has a box scanner" all the damn time.
If IDs are really fuego then there is no reason they should be swiped sans box scanner... HOWEVER, most people are not dumb shits saying "oh well they didn't scan it" because they recognize that if someone knows enough to swipe those IDs, they better run.

That's why they're supplied duplicate IDs, right win some and lose some, but also if they're using a teslin ID in a PVC ID state they usually think teslin Ids feel off

If its worth it, then eat shit and help them out. If its a couple randos and your reselling will be fine tell them to pound sand. cant always control what dumb situations ppl put themselves in :)
