21done is for sure the best I've seen, but only been using in the South, never been to or used a fake up north. I dont know how strict they are in D.C.

what are old ironside packaged in —
cant disclose or reveal vendors stealth; just know that OIS hides well, you will probably have to look real good to find it there for it should pass customs easily
as others have suggested in the past, if customs contacts you via mail just ignore the letter, and your answer should always be, "what package?"
you are right about the barcode being placed slightly off than what its supposed to be, but I think it should work out of state but the template still needs some work tbh

i think it depends on how old you choose to be/issue date, as the star just started being put on i believe; in which case they will decide to the put the star or not
according to VVL it says 1 week, but Im guessing atleast 2 weeks to arrive

It was the CNY and coronavirus which has delayed shipping companies from doing business. They should be out soon from what I hear, all business are resuming normal operations.

budget has their emergency service; keep in mind their Texas dosent have raised text feature as the real ones do
so looks like you probably ordered right before CNY; im assuming it should be shipped soon as it just opened up recently.
lol "live with a cop"; but anyhow, OIS is good with stealth, as long as your parents dont rip through the package and check everything I think you should be fine, best to send to friends house or something.

from what I know; just about every vendor has on their photo guide listed to not have passport photos! I believe a good camera or phone camera with adequate lighting will get it done.
according to a news article; chances are basically zero for the virus to survive in a package; so there shouldn't be a chances from what we know

Its risky; if they think you have a fake they will ask for your passport as secondary probably; unless your fake has a real ID star in which case you dont need a passport to fly. Risky.

I've heard that best thing to do is not contact DHL further about the package, forget about the package, if you get a letter from customs ignore it, and in your mind think "what package?". Also contact OIS they will probably reprint their CS is good.
