OIS' is pretty good. I wrote a review on it a while ago. The only thing wrong with it is the placement of the birthday on the holo on the back is wrong and its a little bit too thick. It works great out of town.
It depends on where you go. I brought the OIS nIL and it worked in state at lollapalooza.

Be careful! I know a group of girls who all were doing some fucked up shit for money and at one point they all were depositing $5,000 at a time into their bank accounts and the feds ending up getting involved.
