MagicFakes has a good reseller rate, but Evolved just launched a new site and has a code 45FAM which could come out cheaper.
Not sure about RI specifically but not every ID has the same lamination, for example CA is a lot more matte compared to states like New Jersey or New York which have glossy layers on top. So I’m pretty sure you’re fine

I know that Magic Evolved and Noble do not have access to AgeID
I've had good experiences, they're newer so they don't have a lot of reviews but I've talked to some people who have ordered from them who have been impressed with the quality.

Evolved's turnaround is generally a bit slower than other vendors depending on the state so a month isn't surprising, I've been in contact with him so it's not like he left or anything

I've used it nCA from OIS at BevMo, person didn't really care it's like any other liquor store really. I don't recommend using in-state (I used mine in WA, I don't know if BevMo is only a PNW thing so just telling you)
