not sure why u have polycarb and not teslin in between 2 lams but to answer your question ....dont cut your lams into cr-80 before u laminate, you should laminate and then use die cutter

too many white spots, and certain parts are aligned wrong, like the top left of F in the big orange FL should be going through the bottom right of the D in Florida... bunch of other shit i could point out but stopped there
is it best to buy holo lam sheets, or holo ribbons when using a card printer? —
the flush your seeing is probably ovi mistaken for holo
Innacuracy while die cutting teslin —
idk what ur saying up there but forget everything your thinking
print on teslin... laminate front and back... cut off extra plastic besides whats printed and laminated... put in die cutter align and CUT
