IDs, CS, and shipping are all pretty good but ever since 1.5 years ago they've been struggling with peeling problems.
I used to order with them a lot but ever since prices increased its hard to justify them over a cheaper vendor for most of my orders.

Yeah they killed 50off during the fall. Sort of a bummer as I had been ordering from them for years using that code and they all of a sudden dropped it.

Sounds like a competitor trying to damage sales of one of the biggest fake sellers. I haven't ordered from them since they killed the 50off coupon a month ago, but I can say with relative certainty that they're doing fine.

+1, nothing compares to the ease of ordering with 21. Great IDs, great speed, great CS. Only complaint is that ever since October theyve been having issues with IDs peeling, but they always replace when theres an issue.

I've seen real nPAs with both matte and glossy finishes. Most of the matte ones I've seen are a little older so there may have been a design change since the first year that the nPA was released, but there may just be multiple "correct" designs to this day
Obviously it depends where you go, but in my experience DC wasn't too strict. Just know your ID info and the basics about the state you're from and you should be good to go.
I just like to leave candy around at local preschools with URLs on the wrapper. Gotta get them while they're young.

You'll be fine as long as you don't act nervous. These types of places tend to just spend a little longer looking at your ID and scanning it compared to the smaller, sketchier stores.
