I can't tell if it's the pics or not but this is kinda a bad nCA.
On the front the green/red/blue all look too dull.
On the back part of the pillars holding up the pier are faded...

It might, because lots of vendors use an automated system that verifies payment. If you don't send the EXACT amount Evolved wants there will be delay cause their CS has to manually marked your order as having been paid.

Yes there is, because if there isn't a star there should be a "NOT FOR FEDERAL USE" on the non-starred IDs. So if the issue date is after the REAL ID implementation for NJ and the ID has neither a star nor a "NOT FOR FEDERAL USE" then it's obviously fake
