A lot of scanners just verify age but some have all info listed one but either way I’ve never seen a cashier verify every peice of info on the ID you should be good man don’t worry about it

Find a pdf417 generator and scan your normal id to get how to format the info. Are you trying to put the barcode on a real ID though? Not sure how that would work

I don’t think there is any “best” ID out there atm just find one from a vendor you like with good reviews and a decent price
They aren’t hooked up to the dmv they are just measuring it I think checking for some security features that are extremely hard to reproduce and not visible to the naked eye

Don’t get an in-state find pretty much any Id with good reviews outside California I would recommend not using a vendor that is domestic within the US. OIS OR is a good option

I hear the dmv(or whatever you call it in Australia) has some crazy realistic ids registered in the data base. If that won’t work I can hook you up it’s gonna cost a couple thousand though and it will only work once so definitely don’t test it out.
