What is "Domestic Shipping" option on OIS? —
So would this take longer or the same as express international?

No, it's definitely USPS because the package was literally processed through the Chinese postal system already. It has already scanned but it is in the "pre-shipment" phase. Plus, OIS is a super trustworthy guy he would never pull shit like that.
