Mine was supposedly seized then reshipped, but it never got an update. sorry to hear yours! im gonna try emailing them again in a week or so, hopefully they are just under maintenance or something who knows.
I submitted an order through them a few days ago, so far communication has been good but cant vouch for delivery quite yet. They have been quick to respond to my telegrams though.
