It doesn’t have one but it isn’t needed because it’s worked every time I’ve used it. They still make ones without the star so it’s still legitimate looking. I believe the new ones he makes have it though.

When I compare a real o21 Michigan and a real under 21 Michigan the o21 is matte and the u21 is laminated so it could be the same case with Minnesota
