DesertFoxIDS WHERES MY IDS? ( self )

Hi all,

I have been regularly corresponding with DFIDS for over 6 months now with the same weekly routine messages:

Me: wheres my IDs? DF: they shipped, they will be there this week. me: they never showed up did you even ship them? df:no sorry something happened, they will be there in a couple days

I have been lied to every few days since sometime in 2018 when I originally placed my order. I haven't posted publicly about this because apparently I'm a naive idiot who thinks I'm going to one day receive a package with my 3 IDs. There have been the full range of excuses made for why I haven't received them yet but the common theme is this customer service guy seems to have absolutely no helpful information other than repeatedly telling me they will be here this week and to 'chill'. I have been more than chill.

Where's my ****ing ID's.

I've been in the same boat. He said they would be here July 1st "no doubt". When they weren't there a few days after the 1st I sent him a message, he said he is going to overnight ship them out. The overnight package was supposed to come a week ago, but still nothing. He said that they shipped out but won't give me a tracking # or scheduled delivery date. I've been trying not to be a dick to him but I got 20+ people hitting me up every day asking where their ID's are.

Whether I've been slow or not getting them shipped on time regardless I've never not one time not sent my customer their ID's. Every vendors has delays to some degree. I see shit post all day about FYD, Dove, FFF, etc about people crying and not getting something they ordered when they want it. News Flash things happen.
