IS IDGOD.TO SAFE AND REAL? ( link )

Recently, a few friends and I gathered up money and gave it to the person in charge. He went through IDGOD.TO, although I am aware there are many fake vendors on the web. I thought he purchased through IDGOD.ph but I was mistaken. My question is IDGOD.to authentic? We sent them are bitcoin about 3 weeks ago and I was curious if they are legit or not.
