Overview: I heard OIS made a good nDE, and I gotta say that I really do agree. As always, good CS, took about 2 weeks to arrive, and I really do believe they have a fair price on this ID as it is not commonly made like the oDE is. And of course, it scans. With that all out of the way, here's my review.
Holo 7.5/10: Overall The holos and OVG look good.A couple lighthouses at the top along with some waves and 'Delaware' towards the bottom right. The OVI/OVG whatever it is looks very similar to my friend's real FL ID, which seems to be a very similar template in my opinion. Now, there are a couple air bubbles that reflect with the holos, but I'll get into why they aren't really an issue.
Template 8/10: I have a lot of IDs, so I don't mind messing up a couple here and there. With that said, this motherfucker BENDS. I'm talking corner to corner and the front laminate does not come off. The only way the laminate is coming off is if the bouncer is the biggest dickhead who likes breaking IDs (real and fake) for fun. This is in part to it likely being a close amount of thickness to the real deal. Moving on, a couple little dust marks under the laminate, but make the ID look like it's been through some shit and that's not a problem. Microprint and colors of this ID look good. Maybe a tad dark (I used the university of Delaware blue for comparison lol) along with a possibly bold director signature, but out of state is not going to recognize that. My DD kind of blends in with my ghost image, but I'm going to assume that could happen on real IDs. Back looks good too, the Blue Hen seems a little light, but you can still tell it's blue and I think it's meant to be lighter than the front. A couple more air bubbles, but like I said with how much this thing bends, it's not that big of an issue. Lastly, issue term on barbook says 8 years, but this ID is good for 7, not a big deal but it's worth mentioning. Initials are also microprinted, almost forgot that.
UV 8.5/10: As always looks pretty solid with the OVI/OVG image glowing blue along with my initials and birth year towards the right. Also has 'We the People' and a guy riding a horse in pretty bright green. And, this UV doesn't bleed through to the back! A couple bits of dust glow on the back but with how believable the front UV is, that's all the really matters.
Photoshop/sig 8.5/10: My photo looks a little saturated but with how I've seen some other ID photos, it seems some states do that for some reason. Signature looks fine, never have any issues here.
Overall, good looking ID for the east coast kids. I got this ID because I heard nDE was good and I definitely agree. It's not as commonly faked as the old ID, just don't make your hometown Wilmington and this ID will likely work will for you. I think I'd honestly put this in OIS top 5. I almost never recommend In State use and this ID is no different. Still, it could work well at the Jersey shore and DMV area. One of my favorites and glad to have it as a backup.
