Oregon DL’s feeling weird? ( self )

Hi all,

I’ve recently received some Oregon DL’s and the material seems to feels strange to me, as in terms of the lamination. It seems that they are not laminated. Does anyone know if Oregon DL’s normally feel like this?

They are laminated , if they wern't it would just be a piece of paper. They are real thin and most of them are a matte so yes feels weird at first.

YEa rub them on a dashboard of a car, itll get the feeling to go away
