Raised Text on ID ( self )

Since last post got no replies...need to know the material specs for what is used to make raised text on IDs like WI so I can repair my very old scanny WI which has part of its raised text coming off. Any info?

They are made with a uv flatbed printer which you don't got. So u will have to fix it using your brains.

But what is the ink material? Some sort of UV cured black ink? I can do it myself without the printer if I can figure out what the ink is made of.
