Ok lets address a few things, 1 sending us messages here most times won't even be seen by us as the pm system here is crazy sometimes so best way is to email us.
When ever we have an issue or an update we post it in our News section on our site. Customers of ours should always read it to see anything new or up to date.
Tracking numbers, we use to give out tracking info as soon as we would get it but we had an issue a few weeks ago where we lost 30 orders so we have changed what we give out right now. It's sad that people can't understand why we do the things we do. Vendors can't explain everything in great detail without opsec issues. So when we say we had an issue leave it at that and just listen to what we are saying to you. Usps as been slow for us for the last week, not sure why might be back to school volume but things have been moving super slow. When we update our info page to shipped it 100% shipped, we will never say it shipped when it really didn't. Now if you want to know whats up with your shipped package we will track it for u and give u info but not the actual tracking number.
UPDATE: 99% of them started to move and say Friday or Saturday Delivery.
