I paid for an ID off of IDPlug one day ago now, and after paying for the order and submitting, I found out about some info that would render my purchase useless. I emailed them to correct the trouble, and instead, the payment was confirmed. After emailing him again, he asked for my order number, and then tells me "The order was confirmed yesterday. All is set."
Can someone explain this? I am stressing out right now. I literally would have wasted that money on an ID that I was literally going to spend on him anyways, even spend double on his normal prices. I am sure that at this time they did not even make the ID, so I'm sure there is room for negotiation. Can anyone help? Thanks.
UPDATE: He was really reasonable once I explained my situation, and he sent me a refund covering the transfer fees after about 2 days.
