FakeYourDrank.com Scam??? ( link )

I bought an ID from them around February! They didn't ship until March 13. It seems my package got seized or something because it just says "In Transit since April 13". So whenever I try to create a tick with them on fakeyoudrank.com they delete my support ticket and refuse to send a replacement or refund

I already got screenshots of everything in case they delete my profile or try to hide anything

What company they used? and have you called in about the tracking of your package? I never had an issue with them before so this is new hearing. Im having issues with ID404 they defs scams.

They used USPS, I create a ticket but then they delete it and ignore me
