ID From OIS Taking a Long Time to Ship ( self )

I have ordered from OIS before and they shipped it to me right away and it got to my door in about 11 days.

However, this time, the postal service is taking a long time. It says that the package has been in the "pre-shipment" phase for about two weeks now. Is this normal? Why is it taking much longer this time than last time?

I think USPS is really slow right now, been waiting on a couple of orders from different vendors (domestic and international), one domestic has been 30+ days since payment with nothing yet. Just gotta be patient

Not seized, they just batch buy shipping lables and post them as they buy them. That means it hasnt been posted yet mate! Yer fine!

The only thing is the last batch I bought came in literally less than two weeks and I'm reselling this batch and my "clients" aren't very happy. You seem pretty knowledgeable on the matter, if they were originally sent out on October 9th, when would you say they will get to me? Thanks for all your help.

For standard shipping,it takes about 2.5-3 weeks.You have to wait several days more. Please be patient.Also USPS is suppper slow in some areas.

Usually pre shipment means the vendor hasn't handed the package over to USPS

No, it's definitely USPS because the package was literally processed through the Chinese postal system already. It has already scanned but it is in the "pre-shipment" phase. Plus, OIS is a super trustworthy guy he would never pull shit like that.
